Mr & Mrs Davids
Our clients own a detached family home and were needing more space for their ever growing family. To avoid losing garden space for the children, they decided to convert their loft space into a useable and versatile space.
To maintain optimum space and head room, a dormer loft conversion was needed in the centre of the property, with additional Velux window lights installed throughout the rest of the loft conversion to make the property feel light and spacious.
The large dormer window was added to the rear of the property, meaning the front of the property was visually kept the same.
The dormer loft conversion provides the additional height needed in the property as the style and shape of the existing roof limited the potential usage. This was the ideal conversion to allow the owner to maximise their loft conversion to fit their budget. The dormer provided plenty of space for a spacious landing, en-suite bedroom and an office space.
The entire loft conversion included full rewiring and plumbing work to ensure both the living space and the bathroom worked effectively. The team at Prizehouse worked efficiently with our client to design the loft conversion to meet the functionality of their family and maximise the use of a limited space.
This project was completed on schedule, the customers delighted with the high quality finish and attention to detail from our team.
