This semi detached property was transformed by adding a large dormer loft conversion to the front of the property. The owners were in desperate need of extra space but did not want to move home’s.
In order to maximise all possible space a dormer conversion was needed, allowing for increased headroom throughout a lot of the property. Velux windows were also included on the other side of the conversion to maximise the amount of natural light allowed to flow into the property. Maintaining a high level of natural sunlight was important to the client.
The entire loft conversion included full rewiring and plumbing work to ensure both the living space and the bathroom worked effectively. The team at Prizehouse worked efficiently with our client to design the loft conversion to meet the functionality of their family and maximise the use of a limited space.
The project was successfully completed to the high standards set by both the client and the team at Prizehouse.
