Pennistone 1 was a large open plan office space that was not being utilised to the best of it’s potential. A lot of space was being wasted and so too was potential rental income. To make the space work as a fully functional space, the entire building needed to be gutted and started from scratch.
The vast open plan office space was divided up it light and bright office spaces. Maximising the use of glass to emphasis the space and to ensure that each office unit was bright, friendly and welcoming. Prizehouse completed the entire project from the glass installation to the electrics.
We delivered a new office development, that allowed individual units to be rented out separately. Allowing for a significantly larger return than previously receiving.
